Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Fix Ajman website or booking any appliance repair, maintenance, or installation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Authorization

By requesting a service, you authorize Fix Ajman technicians to enter your premises and perform diagnostics, repairs, or installations on the specified appliance. You confirm that you are the owner of the appliance or have full authority to grant permission for the service.

3. Estimates & Payment

• Service estimates provided verbally or online are approximate and may change after on-site inspection.
• Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
• For services requiring spare parts, an advance deposit may be required before parts are ordered.

4. Warranty on Repairs

Fix Ajman provides a limited warranty on applicable repairs, subject to the following conditions:

• Parts: Covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
• Labor: A 30-day warranty covering only the specific repair performed.
• The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, electrical issues, water supply problems, or unrelated faults discovered after the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Fix Ajman takes reasonable care during service, we shall not be held liable for:

• Damage resulting from appliance age, corrosion, rust, or pre-existing wear discovered during repair.
• Food spoilage, inconvenience, or loss of use while awaiting spare parts.
• Damage to floors, cabinetry, or fixtures caused by improper or unsafe original installation.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a service call or technician dispatch fee.

7. Modifications to Terms

Fix Ajman reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
